At NewSun Accessories, customer satisfaction and trust are very important to us. If there is a genuine problem with your order, we are happy to assist you with a fair return, exchange, or refund process.

✅ Returns may be accepted within 7 days from the delivery date (only for eligible cases after approval).
⚠️ Important: Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.


1. 24-Hour Reporting Requirement (Mandatory)

To be eligible for any return, exchange, or refund due to a wrong item, damage, or defect, you must contact us within 24 hours after receiving your order.

Why this matters:
After 24 hours it becomes difficult to verify whether the issue occurred during delivery or after handling.

Please send the following information within 24 hours:

  • Order number
  • Phone number used for the order
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Unboxing video is strongly recommended (best proof)

Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.


2. When a Return or Refund Can Be Approved

A return, exchange, or refund may be approved if:

  • You received the wrong product, or
  • The product arrived damaged, or
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Approval depends on proof and inspection.


3. Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, exchange, or refund:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging and all parts
  • Proof of issue must be provided (photos/video)
  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours
  • The item must be returned within 7 days after approval

4. Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches or damage caused by usage
  • Damage caused by water, sweat, chemicals, perfume, or sanitizer
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer (if size guide was provided)
  • Products that are used, washed, or altered
  • Missing packaging or parts
  • Any complaint made after 24 hours of delivery

5. Resolution Options (If Approved)

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement (same product)
  • Exchange (similar value product)
  • Refund (Only if replacement is not available, but if the product available customer must take the replacement product.)

The final decision depends on inspection and stock availability.


6. Refund Method & Processing Time

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

Refund methods may include:

  • Bank transfer

Processing time: 3–7 working days after return approval and inspection.

Note: Delivery or return shipping charges are not refundable, unless the issue occurred from our side (wrong item or defective product).
